Chris Rooks joined TCG in 2019. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, business development, private equity restructuring and financial reporting. His career has transcended a multitude of industries in large corporate, mid-market and entrepreneurial environments. Chris was most recently the CFO and interim CEO of New Root LLC, a highly capitalized family investment office. Previously, he served as CFO of several growth digital health and technology companies. Chris earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University, and also holds a CPA designation. He is on the Board of Directors on Ventures Nonprofit in Seattle.
